The depth of Xi\u2019An bureaucracy means that a formal joint investigation request could be under consideration for years. There\u2019s also a concern that word of our investigation would reach Dr. Anwar, as she has connections to Oya III\u2019s criminal underground.\n\nHowever, months of work has resulted in millions of credits in seized narcotics and contraband, effectively crippling most of Dr. Anwar\u2019s existing operations in this system.
