We are pleased to report that we have identified the root cause and are already working on some fixes to improve the experience. Your efforts in playing and reporting have greatly accelerated our time-to-fix, and we are truly grateful for your recent activity. Though the journey has been bumpy, we have made significant progress. However, we recognize that there is still much work to be done, and we will remain vigilant in monitoring, adjusting, and implementing further fixes as needed.
