Please read these Rules carefully. By submitting a Contest entry, you accept and agree to these Rules. If you do not agree to these Rules, any Contest entry submitted by you will be invalid and you will not be eligible to participate in the Contest or win a prize.\n\n\n\nEligibility \u2013 To participate in the Contest you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where the Contest and your participation is legally permitted. You must have an account with RSI and have agreed to the RSI Terms of Service (see: https:\/\/robertsspaceindustries.com\/tos \u2013 the \u201cRSI Terms\u201d). Employees of RSI and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, partner of the Contest (if any) and each of their immediate family members and individuals living in the same households of each of these individuals, whether related or not, of the above are not eligible to enter or win.\n\nDuration \u2013 Unless otherwise specified, Contest entries must be submitted beginning Thursday, November 20, 2025, 16:00 UTC Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and ending Wednesday, December 3, 2025, 20:00 UTC Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) (the \u201cDuration\u201d) as indicated by these Contest Rules, the Contest announcement post at LINK HERE and as adjusted or amended in any follow-up announcements related thereto (the \u201cAnnouncement\u201d). An entry will not be valid if not submitted within the Duration. An entry will also be invalid if further modified or edited by the Participant after the Duration without the express written approval of RSI.\n\nParticipation and Entry \u2013 To submit an entry to the Contest (an \u201cEntry\u201d or \u201cContest Entry\u201d), you must submit an original screenshot image post to the Community Hub as indicated in the Contest Announcement, satisfying all of the requirements of these Rules and the RSI Terms, including those described in Section 4 below. The content of a Contest Entry must abide by the Terms including Sections IV (Rules of Conduct) and XIII (Intellectual Property) (see: https:\/\/robertsspaceindustries.com\/tos#rules_of_conduct \u2013 https:\/\/robertsspaceindustries.com\/tos#intellectual_property). Each unique screenshot image post constitutes a Contest Entry as long as all the individual and applicable criteria are met for both the submission and its content as well as any other requirements for the post as indicated in these Rules or the Announcement. Each Contest Entry is associated with the Participant who submitted it. Group submissions are not valid and will not be considered. Multiple submissions are allowed. A user submitting an Entry under multiple Accounts is considered a single Participant. A Contest Entry must be submitted by the individual who created it; submitting a Contest Entry that was created by another person is grounds for disqualification (see Section 11 below). A Contest Entry is deemed received on the date and time in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) indicated on the submission\u2019s posting on the Community Hub, and is invalid if its date or time of submission falls outside the Contest Duration.\n\nGeneral Entry Requirements \u2013 A post submitting Contest Entries must 1) feature a \u201cHero Shot\u201d of your ship or vehicle in action as specified in the Contest Announcement, 2) include the following title: \u2018Showtime! IAE 2955\u2019 and be submitted to the Community Hub, 3) not include AI-generated or AI-edited content, 4) not include any post-processing effects.\n\nNo Lottery \u2013 No purchase, payment or other obligation is necessary to enter or win.\n\nConditions of Participation \u2013 By entering any Contest, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and to abide by RSI\u2019s decisions relating to the Contest which are final and binding. If a winner accepts a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical material for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by RSI, in perpetuity and in any and all media now or hereafter devised without any further compensation, notification, or permission, to the extent admissible by applicable law. For their consideration as Contest Entries, you agree that your postings of your submissions including all their related materials and content are User Generated Content (\u201cUGC\u201d) as defined in the RSI Terms.\n\nDetermination of Winner \u2013 On or by Thursday, December 11, 2025, RSI staff (the \u201cJudges\u201d) will select five (5) winning Entries from among the eligible Contest Entries on the Community Hub based on quality, creativity, composition of the Hero Shot, and the winners will be the respective Participant(s) submitting said Entries. RSI reserves the right to adapt or edit any or all aspects or content of the winning submitted content at its sole discretion for posting on the RSI Services. Any given Participant may only be awarded for at most one winning Entry during the entire Contest as a whole. Pledging on the RSI website does not affect or increase the chances of winning. Winners must confirm and verify their RSI Account handle to the Judges if such is not already clearly associated with their Contest Entry.\n\nPrizes \u2013 Eligible Participants who submit the winning Contest Entries to the Community Hub as determined by the Judges will be awarded prizes on their RSI Account as indicated within this section. Limit one Prize per Winner, even if the winning Participant participated in more than one winning Contest Entry or with more than one Account or for multiple submission categories.\n\nThe Prizes are as follows: 1st Place: Anvil Paladin in-game ship with LTI (in-game lifetime insurance) and \u201cCarmine\u201d Livery.\n\n2nd Place: Esperia Stinger in-game ship with LTI (in-game lifetime insurance) and \u201cBlack Widow\u201d Livery.\n\n3rd Place: RSI Apollo Triage in-game ship with LTI (in-game lifetime insurance) and \u201cDelphi\u201d Livery.\n\n4th Place: Grey\u2019s Shiv in-game ship with LTI (in-game lifetime insurance) and \u201cBlue Blossom\u201d Livery.\n\n5th Place: RSI Salvation in-game ship with LTI (in-game lifetime insurance) and \u201cVespid\u201d Livery.\n\nNotification \u2013 Winners will be notified and their accounts identified to the public via the RSI Site on or by Friday, December 19, 2025, after the Contest has ended and the Winners selected.\n\nClaims and Forfeiture \u2013 Winners will be notified via the RSI Site, their RSI Account, or email listed in their RSI Account as soon as determined, or before Friday, December 19, 2025. To receive their respective Prize(s), Winners will be required to sign an affidavit or otherwise provide affirmative consent regarding their eligibility, liability release (including for travel risks if the Prize includes traveling), a publicity release approving the use of their name and likeness for publicity and marketing purposes, payment of applicable federal, and state tax releases, which release needs to be returned via email to RSI within 48 hours of notification, or else forfeit their Prize. A Winner must respond to any such notices sent and provide the information needed to be owed any such Prize; failure to so respond will result in forfeiture of the Prize and, at RSI\u2019s discretion, disqualification of the Winner and allocating any limited quantity Prize, if applicable, to an alternate Winner. For fulfillment of any physical Prize, a Winner must provide a mailing address for shipping within a jurisdiction where the Contest and his or her participation are legally valid. RSI will cover the cost of shipping or delivery required for Prizes that are not Virtual Goods, but a Winner must cover any customs or import duties and clearance fees for delivery, and is responsible for any prize taxes that may be due in their jurisdiction. Failure by a Winner to cover said duties or fees will result in forfeiture.\n\nDisqualification \u2013 Any breach of the RSI Terms or these Rules by you will disqualify you from participation in any Contest or receiving Prizes. RSI may, at its option, disqualify you from participation if you have previously won a Prize or been disqualified from any contest, sweepstakes, competition, or other promotional offering held by RSI. Any Participant who submits a Contest Entry that they themselves did not create may be disqualified from the Contest. Submissions that contain material or content in violation of the RSI Terms, that fail to adhere to the requirements within these Rules, or is fraudulent in any way may also be disqualified. The disqualification of one Contest Entry by a Participant may result in the disqualification of any or all other Contest Entries submitted by that Participant. Ein Gewinner muss auf solche Benachrichtigungen reagieren und die f\u00fcr den Erhalt des Preises erforderlichen Informationen zur Verf\u00fcgung stellen. Andernfalls verf\u00e4llt der Preis und der Gewinner wird nach dem Ermessen von RSI disqualifiziert und der Preis, falls zutreffend, an einen anderen Gewinner vergeben. F\u00fcr die Zustellung eines physischen Preises muss der Gewinner eine Postanschrift in einem Land angeben, in dem das Gewinnspiel und seine Teilnahme rechtsg\u00fcltig sind. RSI \u00fcbernimmt die Kosten f\u00fcr das Verseand oder die Lieferung von Preisen, bei denen es sich nicht um virtuelle G\u00fcter handelt, aber der Gewinner muss alle Zoll- oder Einfuhrgeb\u00fchren und Abfertigungskosten f\u00fcr die Lieferung tragen und ist f\u00fcr alle Steuern verantwortlich, die in seinem Land f\u00e4llig werden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn ein Gewinner die genannten Z\u00f6lle oder Geb\u00fchren nicht bezahlt, verf\u00e4llt der Preis.\n\nDisqualifizierung - Jeder Versto\u00df gegen die RSI-Bedingungen oder diese Regeln durch dich schlie\u00dft dich von der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel oder dem Erhalt von Preisen aus. RSI kann dich nach eigenem Ermessen von der Teilnahme disqualifizieren, wenn du zuvor einen Preis gewonnen hast oder von einem Wettbewerb, einer Verlosung, einem Preisausschreiben oder einem anderen Werbeangebot von RSI disqualifiziert wurdest. Jeder Teilnehmer, der einen Wettbewerbsbeitrag einreicht, den er nicht selbst erstellt hat, kann vom Wettbewerb disqualifiziert werden. Einsendungen, die Material oder Inhalte enthalten, die gegen die RSI-Bedingungen versto\u00dfen, die die Anforderungen dieser Regeln nicht erf\u00fcllen oder in irgendeiner Weise betr\u00fcgerisch sind, k\u00f6nnen ebenfalls disqualifiziert werden. Die Disqualifizierung eines Wettbewerbsbeitrags eines Teilnehmers kann zur Disqualifizierung eines oder aller anderen von diesem Teilnehmer eingereichten Wettbewerbsbeitr\u00e4ge f\u00fchren. Die Mitarbeiter und Administratoren von RSI k\u00f6nnen nach eigenem Ermessen alle Beitr\u00e4ge, die von einem disqualifizierten Teilnehmer eingereicht wurden, sowie alle Beitr\u00e4ge, die aufgrund der Nichteinhaltung der Anforderungen dieser Regeln als nicht teilnahmeberechtigt gelten, entfernen oder entfernen lassen.\n\nErsatzgewinner - Im Falle der Disqualifizierung eines Gewinners oder seines\/ihres zugeh\u00f6rigen Wettbewerbsbeitrags kann RSI nach eigenem Ermessen einen Ersatzgewinner aus den verbleibenden zul\u00e4ssigen Beitr\u00e4gen ausw\u00e4hlen, die w\u00e4hrend der Dauer des Wettbewerbs eingereicht wurden.\n\nBewertung - Sofern in der\/den Wettbewerbsank\u00fcndigung(en) oder -mitteilungen nicht anders angegeben, handelt es sich bei den Preisen um digitale virtuelle G\u00fcter, wie in den RSI-Bedingungen in Abschnitt V.
