The Fora belt alpha is an asteroid belt in the [Fora system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/bo1PDEgGv2-fora-system), [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). Smugglers in Fora typically use the belt as a drop point for contraband, which is then picked up and smuggled into the [Banu Protectorate](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/Vgg795z2a3-banu-protectorate). Pirates have also been known to utilize some of the asteroids as staging areas for ambushes on haulers entering or leaving the system. The UEE has issued a travel alert advising visitors to Fora to give the area a wide berth.

Schmuggler in Fora nutzen den Gürtel in der Regel als Umschlagplatz für Schmuggelware, die dann abgeholt und in das [[Banu Protectorate|Banu-Protektorat]] geschmuggelt wird.
