Offiziell wurde das System 2364 von Dae-ho Ochoa von [[NemoCo]] entdeckt. Die Herkunft des Systems wurde jedoch in Frage gestellt, als Tradmor Terraforming Concern eine Klage einreichte, in der behauptet wurde, dass Ochoa das System 2362 während seiner Arbeit als Sicherheitsbeauftragter für ihr Unternehmen entdeckt und Tradmor verlassen hatte, um die Entdeckung für sich zu behalten. Die Klage wurde jedoch aus Mangel an Beweisen abgewiesen.
