However, its ammonia oceans and high-pressure, methane-rich atmosphere make it inhospitable to those of other civilizations. To Banu, Yulin III is a relaxing resort world. Enterprising [Soulis](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RAdjm4mron-souli) have created a sealed arcology to encourage non-Banu vacationers to experience the planet's strange beauty.
