START-->Marshall Leon (2753-2891) war ein [[Menschen|Menschlicher]] Politiker, der von 2801 bis 2811 als [[United Empire of Earth Imperator|Imperator]] des Vereinigten Reiches der Erde diente. Leon begann seine Karriere im Sozialwesen im Jahr 2774 und arbeitete sich bis in den [[United Empire of Earth Governors Council|Gouverneursrat]] von Reisse (Rhetor III) hoch. Von dort wurde er zum Senator gewählt, wo er von 2787 bis 2793 diente, und dann als Diplomatischer Sekretär der UEE unter Imperator [[Erin Toi]] von 2793 bis 2800. Während seiner Zeit als Diplomatischer Sekretär konzipierte er die Arche und erhielt 2794 die Zustimmung des Senats zu ihrem Bau.
