START-->Das X1 Velocity ist eine Variante des [[X1]] Ultraleicht-Raumschiffs, das von [[Origin Jumpworks]] und dem zweifach mit dem Aron Award ausgezeichneten Schiffsingenieur Alberto Vara's Designfirma Infinity Custom entwickelt wurde. Wie der Name schon andeutet, konzentriert sich die Velocity vor allem auf eine verbesserte Geschwindigkeit und Handhabung im Vergleich zum Basis-X1. Zu diesem Zweck verzichteten die Origin-Ingenieure auf alle angebrachten Waffen und wandelten den Großteil des Standard-Rumpfmaterials in [[Syntek]] Verbundwerkstoffe um.
