START-->Commander Sylvie Randall (2835-2884) war ein [[United Empire of Earth]] Marineoffizier, der vor allem als letzter kommandierender Offizier der [[Squadron 88 (The Lost Squad)|88th Logistic Support Squadron]] ("the Lost Squad") bekannt ist. Sie übernahm das Kommando über das 88. Geschwader im Jahr 2878 und verbrachte ihre Amtszeit damit, mehr Mittel und Nachschub von der UEE Navy anzufordern und die Mittel, die sie sammeln konnte, für die Reparatur von Calibans Frühwarnsystem auszugeben.
