Am 2941.03.11 wurde ein neues System beim Department of Transportation & Navigation von Usuni Colo eingereicht. Als die Sprungdaten und das System verifiziert wurden, wurde ein Bewertungsteam entsandt, das das System auf indigene Lebewesen und Kandidaten für Terraforming untersucht. Sie entdeckten, dass der dritte Planet im System minimale Veränderungen erfordern würde, um ihn für den Menschen bewohnbar zu machen. Erst als die Gutachter begannen, diesen Planeten zu erforschen, entdeckten sie unberührte Tevarin-Städte, die seit dem Ende des ersten Tevarin-Krieges scheinbar verlassen waren. Meine Abteilung wurde sofort kontaktiert. Ich kam vor Ort an, sicherte die Städte und suchte nach möglichen Bewohnern. Wir fanden niemanden, entdeckten aber einen unterirdischen Cache mit alter Tevarin-Technologie. Unter diesen Technologien fanden wir Waffen, die in den letzten zehn bis fünfzehn Jahren hergestellt wurden. Das Oberkommando hielt es für notwendig, die Entdeckung des Systems zu unterdrücken, bis wir wussten, was wir gefunden hatten, was mich zu Ihnen führte. When the jump data and system were verified, an assessment team was sent to survey the system for indigenous life and candidates for terraforming. They discovered that the third planet in the system would require minimal changes in order to make it habitable for Humans. It was only when the assessors began to study this planet did they discover untouched Tevarin cities, seemingly abandoned since the end of the first Tevarin War. My division was contacted immediately. I arrived on-site and secured the cities and searched for possible inhabitants. We found no one, but did discover an underground cache of old Tevarin tech. Among that tech, we found weapons that had been manufactured within the past ten to fifteen years. High Command deemed it necessary to suppress the discovery of the system until we knew what we had found, which is what brought me to you. The volume of the weapons stockpiled could either imply a stolen weapons dealer who was simply using the system as a personal cache, or could be a source for someone trying to build an army. I want to be thorough before presenting my findings to High Command. In short, I want to know if you have any politically radical Tevarin on file that would fit the profile of someone who would want to fuel insurrection against the Empire. We are also interested in any Humans or other persons of interest who have expressed sympathies to the Tevarin and would be motivated to launch an attack on their behalf.
