Reimagined to bring its iconic edge to terrestrial conflicts in the modern age, the Nova is capable of high performance in a wide variety of disparate applications. By complementing the original design’s all-weather, all-terrain focus with new systems, tech, and refinements, our engineers have created a Nova that not only lives up to the original’s name but pushes it to the next level. Long-Range Slayer The Nova distinguished itself during the Second Tevarin War, with its heavy-weight Slayer cannon becoming a thing of legend. Naturally, the 2951 Nova retains this devastating weapon, though Hurston Dynamics has tweaked it to suit combat in the 30th century with higher pivot speed, improved heat resistance, and a modern UI. Old School Firepower A born destroyer, the Nova was designed to engage a variety of targets in the air and on the ground. Its comprehensive weapons package, featuring anti-infantry turrets, bespoke missile launchers, and the infamous Slayer Size 5 ballistic cannon, makes it a serious threat to any enemy vehicle. Continuous Tracks The Nova’s iconic design was perfected in 2560 and remains largely untouched save for a handful of essential improvements. While the adaptability of the tank’s continuous tracks was unparalleled throughout its original service, modern composites better suited to rough and urban terrain have greatly increased its overall grip and longevity. Interior Cabin The Nova accommodates a crew of three with dedicated stations for the pilot, support, and gunner. However, it can easily be operated by a crew of two or even a solo user. Atypical among ground combat vehicles, the Nova’s main cabin has ample room to stretch, fraternize, and exercise, and features climate control and a proprietary stabilization system to minimize internal turbulence. Special Delivery Transporting the Nova isn’t a worry. The tank proved so effective during the Second Tevarin War that vehicle manufacturers chasing military contracts designed their large transport ships to carry it. Modern manufacturers also take the Nova’s metrics into consideration, including Crusader, who ensured the sizeable cargo bay of the Hercules Starlifter can accommodate two. Remote Turret Dual-mounted Size 2 repeaters designed for anti-infantry applications and capable of tracking high-speed targets with pinpoint control. Pilot Assess battlefields and call the shots quickly and accurately, or take control of the weapons systems for solo operation. Support Manage secondary weapons, power allocation, navigation systems, and pathfinding; take over main controls and/or weapons should the need arise. Track System The iconic design provides unparalleled weight distribution, mechanical efficiency, and environmental adaptability. Back Missile Launcher Two missile racks, each armed with 12 Size 2 anti-aircraft missiles. Counter-measures Combat incoming missile fire with a custom countermeasure rig, capable of even chaff/flare dispersal. Gunner The dedicated gunner’s station puts one crew member in total control of the weapons systems, with full 360-degree rotation of the Slayer cannon. Expansive Cabin The roomy, climate-controlled interior cabin allows the crew to move freely and easily access tank components. This sale has ended.
