They first came to prominence during the [Spirit Wars (II.961 - II.1735 / SEY 351-1342)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0dQ4DYJ9W8-spirit-wars), gaining the attention of Imperial House [Xy.ō](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RXlXBrm5o1-house-xyo) for collecting volumes of strategically valuable intelligence on the [Kr'thak](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RxNxDYkqzz-krthak). Kr.ē was Imperially sanctioned as the prime intelligence house in II.1138 (SEY 578). As one of the largest surviving houses after the end of the Spirit Wars, Kr.ē was instrumental in reconstruction efforts. They were selected as the Third Imperial House in III.0 (SEY 1457). The infant U.e'o se Kr.ē became House Kr.ē's first Emperor.
