The Tribunal is an executive governing body in the [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) (UEE). It is made up of a High-Secretary, responsible for infrastructure; High-Command, a three-person position responsible for managing each of the military branches; and a High-Advocate, responsible for law enforcement. The Tribunal was initially formed alongside the [United Planets of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0QxBjKP2PN-united-planets-of-earth) but was eliminated when Ivar Messer I first took power. The Tribunal was reinstated by the UEE Senate and [Imperator](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Gz5BoJ9wl-uee-imperator)[Erin Toi](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/R4ZG3NxM7Y-erin-toi) in 2792.
