Illegal Blockade - Seeking Nine Tails Fleet Responsible

Crusader Security has learned that the criminal organization known as the Nine Tails have set an illegal blockade around [Location] and stopped all incoming and outgoing quantum traffic in the sector.
The outlaw fleet must be located, and the blockade terminated.
