Connection Error Fix Complete

Wir verfolgen ein Problem mit dem neuen Arena Commander-Patch, der viele Geldgeber daran hindert, sich in das Spiel einzuloggen. Das QS-Team hat das Problem reproduziert. Die aktuelle Indikation ist, dass es sich um ein serverseitiges Problem handelt, das die Ingenieurteams von Star Citizen derzeit untersuchen. Dieser Beitrag wird aktualisiert, wenn es mehr Informationen gibt und wenn ein Fix ausgegeben wird. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten; wenn Sie aus Ihrem Hangar herausragen, sind wir bestrebt, dass Sie so schnell wie möglich fliegen!

AKTUALISIERUNG: Die Ingenieure glauben, dass sie die Ursache des Problems identifiziert haben und dass es nicht schwierig sein wird, es zu beheben. Wir erwarten, dass es in Kürze gelöst wird!

UPDATE #2: Die serverseitige Lösung wurde bereitgestellt und scheint zu funktionieren! Alle Geldgeber sollten jetzt auf ihre Schiffe zugreifen können.

We are tracking an issue with the new Arena Commander patch that is preventing many backers from logging into the game. The QA team has reproduced the issue. The current indication is that it’s a server side issue, which Star Citizen’s engineering teams are now investigating. This post will be updated when there is more information and when a fix is issued. We’re sorry for the inconvenience; if you’re stuck out of your Hangar, we aim to have you flying as quickly as possible!

UPDATE: Engineering believes they have identified the cause of the issue and that it will not be difficult to repair. We expect to have it resolved shortly!

UPDATE #2: The server-side fix has been deployed and appears to be working! All backers should be able to access their ships now.
