Fan Spotlight: Fan Ships Volume 3

In this week’s Fan Spotlight we’ll be returning to one of our favorite topics, Fan Ships! We here at CIG love everything space ships we are thrilled to see what our community creates. So check out a few of our recent favorites below!
We’ll start with Doom who has created a wicked looking snub fighter. Slick, agile, and mean are the first words that came to mind when I saw this ship. While it doesn’t currently have a name, I’d certainly be afraid to see this coming towards me.

Created as a Xi’An/Human hybrid, the X-2 Manta is another slick star fighter. From the mind of Chmee, the X-2 looks like it could take out an Aurora before the enemy pilot even knew what hit him. A great design for such an agile fighter.

Samazooks is new to 3D modeling and takes quite a different approach with his ship, The Techron. I love its aquatic feel and can imagine that this is what Steve Zissou would take into space. We’re all excited to see what else Samazooks comes up with.

No stranger to the Fan Ships spotlight, EPhalanx has returned with his racer, the Puma. Accompanying this fantastic ship, EPhalanx has created a story involving a Captain & Lieutenant taking the Puma into battle. Additionally he’s created quite a few different paint schemes so definitely stop by his thread. Check out his thread!

Im Fan Spotlight dieser Woche kehren wir zu einem unserer Lieblingsthemen zurück: Fan Ships! Wir hier bei CIG lieben alle Raumschiffe, die wir begeistert sind zu sehen, was unsere Gemeinschaft schafft. Schauen Sie sich also einige unserer aktuellen Favoriten unten an!
Wir beginnen mit Doom, der einen bösartig aussehenden Stumpfkampfer geschaffen hat. Glatt, agil und gemein sind die ersten Worte, die mir in den Sinn kamen, als ich dieses Schiff sah. Obwohl es derzeit keinen Namen hat, würde ich mich sicherlich scheuen, dies auf mich zukommen zu sehen.

Der X-2 Manta wurde als Xi'An/Human-Hybrid entwickelt und ist ein weiterer eleganter Sternenkämpfer. Aus der Sicht von Chmee sieht die X-2 aus, als könnte sie eine Aurora ausschalten, bevor der feindliche Pilot überhaupt wusste, was ihn getroffen hat. Ein tolles Design für einen so agilen Kämpfer.

Samazooks ist neu in der 3D-Modellierung und geht mit seinem Schiff The Techron einen ganz anderen Weg. Ich liebe sein aquatisches Gefühl und kann mir vorstellen, dass Steve Zissou dies in den Weltraum mitnehmen würde. Wir sind alle gespannt, was Samazooks noch so alles einfällt.

Kein Fremder im Rampenlicht der Fan Ships, EPhalanx ist mit seinem Rennfahrer, dem Puma, zurückgekehrt. Begleitend zu diesem fantastischen Schiff hat EPhalanx eine Geschichte mit einem Captain & Lieutenant erstellt, der den Puma in die Schlacht führt. Außerdem hat er eine ganze Reihe verschiedener Farbschemata kreiert, so dass er definitiv bei seinem Thema Halt macht. Schau dir sein Gewinde an!
Vielen Dank an alle, die ihre Zeit damit verbringen, Fanschiffe für unser Spiel zu bauen. Wir lieben es, sie anzusehen und hoffentlich sehen wir sie eines Tages fliegen. Wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass wir ein Schiff verpasst haben, lass es unten! Danke und wir sehen uns nächste Woche!
