CitizenCon 2954 has officially wrapped up and what an incredible experience it was.
We were beyond excited to welcome you aboard the UEES Barbary at Manchester Central, UK, whether you joined us in person or tuned in from home! With over 5,000 attendees (including CIG staff), players and friends from around the globe came together to celebrate our shared passion for the PU and Squadron 42. It’s been an incredible journey since we last hosted CitizenCon in this beautiful city and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make it all happen. None of this would be possible without your amazing support and continued dedication.

CitizenCon 2954Squadron 42Live Gameplay RevealOur very own Senior Game Director, Rich Tyrer, took to the stage to showcase Squadron 42 gameplay live for the first time, unveiling the prologue and the origin story of your character. Join us to relive the excitement and explore the key moments that set the stage for your epic journey ahead in Squadron 42.
CitizenCon 2954Day OneAs the doors to Manchester Central opened, excitement filled the air as citizens made their way into the convention space. The day was packed with activities, starting with community booths showcasing fan projects and a life-size F7A Mark II Hornet replica that roared to life with thrilling engine tests that echoed through the hangar. Attendees enjoyed Star Citizen-themed food stands offering Torpedo Burritos, Big Benny’s Noodles, Garcia's Greens, and Pizza (yes, just "pizza"), browsed exclusive CitizenCon 2954 merchandise, and admired large-scale models of Star Citizen spaceships and Port Olisar. The Cosplay Contest, sponsored by Tobii, brought out some fantastic garb too! The day’s highlight was the series of developer presentations, which focused on upcoming improvements, new features, and the first-ever live gameplay reveal of Squadron 42!

Mit über 5.000 Teilnehmern (einschließlich CIG-Mitarbeitern) kamen Spieler und Freunde aus der ganzen Welt zusammen, um unsere gemeinsame Leidenschaft für die PU und Squadron 42 zu feiern. The Cosplay Contest, sponsored by Tobii, brought out some fantastic garb too! The day’s highlight was the series of developer presentations, which focused on upcoming improvements, new features, and the first-ever live gameplay reveal of Squadron 42!

With over 5,000 attendees (including CIG staff), players and friends from around the globe came together to celebrate our shared passion for the PU and Squadron 42. It’s been an incredible journey since we last hosted CitizenCon in this beautiful city and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make it all happen.
