Go there with a decently sized hauling ship and as many <EM4>allies</EM4> as you can muster, deal with those responsible, and secure Hurston’s property.

Once retrieved, take the cargo to a freight elevator at: <EM4>~mission(Destination|Address|ListAll)</EM4>. Shipping coordinators will process it ASAP.
