Im April stellten Jump Point und unsere Belohnungen im Spiel die Abonnenten der Overlords vor, einer Bande von Bürgerwehrlern, die das Pyro-System patrouillieren. Einige finden ihre Methoden extrem und ungerechtfertigt, während andere sie für eine notwendige Funktion zur Bekämpfung der Gesetzlosigkeit innerhalb des Systems halten. Ganz gleich, auf welche Seite der Argumentation Sie sich stellen, in diesem Monat werden drei einzigartige Rüstungen fertiggestellt, die von drei ebenso besonderen Personen der Wächtergruppe getragen werden.

BELOHNUNGEN IM SPIEL (FLAIR)

Einige betrachten die Overlords als Helden und andere Kriminelle. Doomsday ist das egal. Alles, was wir wissen, ist, dass die Bürgerwehr, die sich einen Namen gemacht hat, indem sie gegen Gesetzlose in Pyro vorgegangen ist, über eine krasse, ausgeprägte und widerstandsfähige Panzerung verfügt. Da wir die Rechtsstaatlichkeit genauso respektieren wie sie, haben wir eine begrenzte Anzahl von Panzerungen nach ihrem Vorbild hergestellt. Wenn sie ein Problem damit haben, können sie zu uns kommen.
Die Overlord-Rüstung lässt Ihre Feinde wissen, dass Sie es ernst meinen. Diese schwere Panzerung besteht aus langlebigen Verbundwerkstoffplatten, die strategisch so platziert sind, dass sie die Wucht von Stößen zerstreuen, und einem hohen, verstärkten Kragen, der zusätzlichen Schutz für Nacken und Hinterkopf bietet. Der Anzug ist außerdem mit hochfesten synthetischen Gewebeschichten um die Gelenke herum beschichtet, um eine leichte Beweglichkeit ohne Sicherheitseinbußen zu gewährleisten. Die Overlord-Rüstung ist in mehreren verschiedenen Farben erhältlich, die von Mitgliedern der berüchtigten Fraktion getragen werden. Vielleicht sollten Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes in Pyro einfach keine tragen, es sei denn, Sie sind auf der Suche nach Ärger. Sagen Sie nicht, wir hätten Sie nicht gewarnt!

SCHIFF DES MONATS
Ist ein Arzt im Haus? Die Cutlass Red verwandelt den Frachtraum des Standardschiffes in eine gut ausgestattete medizinische Einrichtung mit zwei medizinischen Betten. Dieser sternförmige Krankenwagen ist mit dem Nav-E7-Langstrecken-Scanner und dem Secure Plus-Andockhalsband ausgestattet und damit ideal für Such- und Rettungseinsätze geeignet. Dieses Modell verfügt über Notfall-Leuchtbalken und eine rote Lackierung mit Notfallthemen zur einfachen Identifizierung.

May finishes up the one-two punch of vigilante armor, brings a popular red variant for Ship of the Month and a Jump-Point-look at its blue brethren, and an exploration of the ever-increasing quality of Planet Tech v4 and beyond.
On May 1st, Subscribers gained access to the Cutlass Red and its medical and respawn capabilities. We’re big fans of Drake here and it’s always a thrill when we can make a ship as popular as the Cutlass available to Subscribers. The Drake love doesn’t stop there, as this month’s Jump Point magazine also includes a discussion with Josh Coons and Michael Sizemore about their current work bringing the Cutlass Blue to life.
The Subscriber Vault continues to provide a detailed look at the development of the Persistent Universe, with recent galleries of whitebox progress on the Crusader Industries Hercules and a wide selection of imagery from the current Terrain Heightmap detail-pass we briefly touched on during Inside Star Citizen. In April, Jump Point and our In-Game Rewards introduced Subscribers to the Overlords, a gang of vigilantes that patrol the Pyro System. Some find their methods extreme and unwarranted, while others consider them a necessary function in addressing the lawlessness within the system. No matter which side of the argument you come down on, this month sees the completion of three unique armors worn by three equally special individuals in the guardian group.
Also, the clear visor in last month’s Overlord Helmets? That’s a bug, and it’s getting fixed. =)

IN-GAME REWARDS (FLAIR)

Some consider the Overlords heroes and other criminals. Doomsday doesn’t care either way. All we know is that the vigilante group that made a name for itself targeting outlaws in Pyro has some kickass, distinct, and resilient armor. Since we respect the rule of law as much as they do, we made a limited run of armor inspired by them. If they have a problem with it, they can come find us.
The Overlord armor lets your foes know that you mean business. This heavy armor set is constructed with durable composite plating strategically placed to disperse the force of impacts and a high, reinforced collar that provides additional protection for the neck and back of head. The suit also layers in high-strength synthetic fabrics around the joints to ensure ease-of-movement without sacrificing safety. The Overlord armor is available in several distinct colors worn by members of the infamous faction. Maybe just don’t wear one while in Pyro unless you’re looking for trouble. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
Overlord "Dust Storm" Armor Set - This set includes the torso, arms, and legs designed to match the terrestrial ground tones of the legendary vigilante Overlord, "Dust Storm."

SHIP OF THE MONTH
Is there a doctor in the house? The Cutlass Red converts the standard ship’s cargo hold to a well-equipped medical facility featuring two medical beds. This star-bound ambulance features the Nav-E7 Long Range Scanner and Secure Plus Docking Collar making it ideal for search and rescue. This model contains emergency lightbars and a red emergency themed paint job for easy identification.
